There is also an option to make this at Hobbycraft in Carlisle (most Thursdays from 11), just book this workshop and we’ll arrange for you to come along to the dates that suit.
This is a 2 day workshop.
Come along and learn some new techniques using Powertex and other mixed media products to create a fabulous Hare or Fox with stone effects. We will be using a bottle to create the base for the structure and once created he (or she) will be covered in fabulous stone effect textures.
You will learn how to build your structure, create character features and develop textures using various techniques. We will colour and finish him.

Powertex is a fabulous mixed media product which is a paint, glue, fabric hardener and weatherproofing agent all rolled into one. It is is a fabric hardener and will absorb into clothing. Aprons and gloves are provided but please wear old clothes to workshops.

Tea and coffee provided at Cummertrees, bring lunch/snacks as appropriate - kitchen (fridge and microwave) available for use.
Refreshments not necessarily provided at other venues, please bring appropriate snacks/drinks.
